Originally built in 1915 as the Blanchard Hardware Company, Inc. and later home to The Kroger Grocery and Baking Company (and then Kroger Supermarket) from the 1930s to the 1970s, The Kroger Lofts building has been restored to its original brick facade with many of its original finishes and design elements intact.
The Kroger lofts feature state of the art kitchens, in-unit fireplaces, heated balconies and luxurious bathrooms that opened in July of 2024. If that is not enough, enjoy our rooftop deck and heated shipping container plunge pool with a Birdseye view of all of Charlevoix and Round Lake.
